Best friends, Herb & Andy were BC boys born in 1912. They went to school together in New Westminster. In the 30s they hopped a train to go pick fruit in the Okanagan and play music in the bars to add to their depression-time earnings. Post war they raised families and stayed the best of buddies through the decades.
They were a fine example of a lifelong friendship.
