I have always grown up with people telling me how beautiful my Mother was and Foncie has furnished the evidence. She looks like a runway model! Mom most probably took my sister Diane and I to shop for supplies to bring back to our home in the Northwest Territories. The photo does not show our baby sister, who was likely in my aunt’s care as she would only have been a year old in 1962. Since my image is defaced in ink, I suspect sibling relations were strained when the photo was placed in the family album. These days I count both of my sisters as best shopping companions!
