In the summer of 1972, my boyfriend and I were taking a stroll downtown Vancouver looking for engagement rings. We didn’t find one that day but shortly after we were engaged to be married. On July 7, 1973 we celebrated our wedding day with many family and friends. My husband Pasqualino and I were married for 39 wonderful years until he passed away last year from cancer. This picture is a beautiful memory that I cherish of our young love.
