1947, My Mum, (R), Betty Brown (stage name) and her sister Mel Coleman on Granville St enroute to a gig at the Orpheum. Betty was playing the pipe organ. She recently played for their 90th birthday party to two long standing ovations and was also inducted into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame. Mel was a beautiful dancer/instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studios on the same gig. Mum will turn 100 August 17, 2021.
