Heinz and Herta Goldbach were married in Dawson Creek, BC on Saturday,Sept. 25, 1954. They had a luxurious Greyhound honeymoon road trip through Alberta and BC. They spent a few days in Vancouver, where they experienced their first television viewing on a black and white TV in the lobby of the hotel.
They are still happily married and living in Dawson Creek. Next September will be their 60th anniversary.
