My mother Winnie Wolf and myself (about 5 years old)

This photo was taken in about 1943. My mother and I are strolling the streets of Vancouver. My mother loved to shop but as a child I was scared stiff of all the sights and sounds of the big city. My mother had several street photos taken and I remember her complaints that so often she’d “only have one leg” visible. (Guess she was a high-stepping mama)
