Walking to the beat.

A constable from section one B shift, walking beat 15 Granville St. on a nice day. He is wearing an old style tunic with a light blue dress shirt. The tunic was changed to military tunic with a Sambrown belt. A Darker blue military style shirt with “Vancouver City Police” shoulder flashes was the new issue. The pants remained the same. This was one of the many uniform changes in the VPD
