Recaptured for me in Foncie’s photos were the youthful years of my life. From bobby-sox and saddle shoes to nylons and high-heels. It seems appropriate that Foncie captured the essence of the years when I was 14 – 20 years of age and on the streets of the City I was born and raised in; from my first after school job to starting my career with the City.
