After their marriage in December 1953 John and Helen Agg looked for ways to make a living in Vancouver as an artist and potter. After residing on Davie Street for a while they moved to Comox, Vancouver Island, but eventually moved back to Ontario for 20 years before setting up the Aggworks Gallery in Qualicum Bay, Vancouver Island. They lived an worked there for 30 years. John died January 11, 2011.
