June and Mike in 1956 walking down Granville Street, Vancouver, BC. She was from England and he was from Poland. They met at a “Paul Jones” dance at the Flying Angel (Missions to Seafarers). They were married in 1958; moved to England for a short while and had 2 daughters. They emigrated back to Vancouver in 1965 and moved to West Vancouver, where they lived for many years. They retired in Ladysmith, BC.
