My mother, Christine Crozier (left) was evacuated from London to Vancouver during World War II through the CORB program when she was only 9 years old. She was sent home to London after the war but she loved Vancouver so much, she convinced her parents to emigrate to Canada with her in 1947. With her is her mother, Emily Crozier.
