This picture is of my grandparents Muriel and Peter McCurrach in about 1956. My grandfather was a Scotish immigrant from Perth Scotland. He met and married my grandmother in Greenwood B.C. She had moved from Halifax, Nova Scotia to teach after graduating from Dalhousie in 1908. At the time of the picture they had retired to Dunbar. They seem to to be caught responding to Foncie … caught up in a happy shared moment.
