I went to Vancouver looking to buy a 1959 Ford Coupe. I had previously found one in Nanaimo, but it had no motor. Unfortunately I couldn’t find what I was looking for in Vancouver, so I came back to Nanaimo, bought the Ford Coupe, purchased a secondhand motor and installed it. That day in Vancouver, I was wearing a light blue jacket, pink shirt and tailor-made grey three button high strides. I was wearing Penny loafers as shoe wear. Thought I was a really cool dude!! I am now seventy-five years old.
