I am a photographer and a fan of old photos. As soon as I read the story about Foncie in the Province newspaper, I knew that one of the photos in our old albums was shot by Mr. Pulice. The style, lighting, background were consistent with other photos in the collection. This is a photo of my father in-law November 1, 1950. He was 18 years old at the time. It’s interesting to know that he was a part of Vancouver photographic history.
