This is one of my parents, Don & Helen Preston early in their engagement, taken when my Mum was working with the Red Cross Mobile Blood Transfusion Unit. That’s the uniform she’s wearing in this photo. The unit traveled all over the province to the then remote corners on some very sketchy roads.
