This is a picture of my Mom and Dad on their honey moon in Vancouver, August 1940. My dad was a high rigger for the Comox Logging Company and my mom was from the coal mining town of Cumberland, BC. They lived in the beautiful Comox Valley all of their lives.
They had one boy and five girls and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Their favourite activity was camping in their motor home or trailer, usually in the north part of Vancouver Island.
The picture was taken below an antique store.
