Mom and Dad again on the town (Vancouver BC) … Guessing perhaps during the 50s.. I was born in 1959 and I am not sure how long their courtship lasted. To continue dad’s story .. he was in Vancouver downtown . fresh off the train , couldn’t speak a word of English and he saw his friend from Denmark, Dad cried, he was so happy, his friend told him about the Danish Consulate, Dad got a job cleaning the train carriages and got a place to stay on Neville St., next door to Molly Carpenter!!!
