My grandmother, Maysie, is out on the town with her daughter, Joan, and her daughter-in-law, Eleanor (my mother), on her right. The ladies are all dressed up with hats and gloves and look like they’re going somewhere special. My mother looks pretty good for the mother of two, including a one-year old at home (me).
