This is a photo of my mother’s Aunt Nellie Tongs and first cousin Nancy (Tongs) Walters. It was likely taken in the early 1940’s, just around the time they had seen son and brother, Arthur Frederick Tongs on his way overseas to fight in WWII. They lived on Osler St in Vancouver.
