Foncie’s photos live in albums and on mantels in homes around the province and across the continent. If you have one or more of these images in your possession please share them with us.

Photo negatives of Foncie’s images do not exist. He destroyed most of them when he retired. There is no central archive or collection.

We want to bring Foncie’s collection together, back onto one street corner, for people to share, talk about, and enjoy. And we need your help – your stories and your Foncie photos – to create this place: Foncie’s Corner. As well as a gathering spot to ‘meet’ your neighbours, this place will be an archive of his unwittingly recorded people’s history. The images and memories you share will be part of this extensive collection, and may also become part of a documentary about Foncie and his work.
